Description: This original cartoon from the British humor magazine Punch, dated, March 15, 1922, in very good condition. The caption reads:
Sir Arthur Balfour (with philosophic doubt) "Do you think it's doing much good?" The Others. "Not much. But there's plenty more oil where this comes from."
Drawn by the noted political cartoonist, L. Raven-Hill, who also illustrated STALKY AND CO. for Rudyard Kipling and KIPPS for H.G. Wells.
